HMGS-2 Morphology is Reversible

When cells that were grown in PMA-free HMGS-2 (left panel) for 6 passages were subcultured into PMA-containing HMGS (bottom right), they reverted to the more stellate morphology common to cells grown this supplement. Thus, HMGS-2 does not appear to select for a subpopulation of cells with different morphology.
