Ordering

Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, mail or email.  Telephone orders may be placed between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday local time at the office listed above.  A written purchase order is requested for shipments to first-time customers. Special introductory offer: With the first vial of cryopreserved cells or proliferating culture of any cell type that a customer purchases, we will provide, at no additional cost, one 500 ml bottle of basal medium, one bottle of growth supplement and the appropriate subculture reagents.  To ensure receipt of free media, supplements, and reagents, please be sure to mention this special offer when ordering. (This offer is valid only for customers purchasing directly from the office listed above.)

Shipping

Orders received before 12:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, are shipped on the same business day (local time originating office).  Orders received on Thursday after 12:00 PM or on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday (holidays excluded).

All shipments are FOB origin.  The shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.  Please contact us for details of shipping charges to your location. An additional fee is added for each box requiring dry ice.  Any problems that may arise during shipment of products should be reported to Cascade Biologics immediately upon receipt of the material.

Terms and conditions of sale: Payment for goods, services, and shipping are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment may be made using check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or electronic transfer. A late payment charge of 1% per month may be added to all amounts more than 30 days past due. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cascade Biologics, Inc. (hereinafter, CBI) warrants that its products will perform according to the information provided in various publications that it distributes, and as described herein for the intended shelflife of the product when stored under the conditions prescribed by CBI. If any product does not perform according to the published information provided by us, CBI will replace the product free of charge to the original customer. The remedy of product replacement shall be the customers' sole and exclusive remedy for defective product, unless CBI is unable to deliver replacement product, in which case CBI shall reimburse the customer for the purchase price of the defective product. Customer understands that the foregoing limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and CBI hereby disclaims all other warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for adequacy for any particular purpose or use. CBI shall not be liable to customer or to any party claiming through customer for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, or lost business, whether arising out of contract, tort, or otherwise.
